  • Remember to physically protect computer

  • Use a secure operating system

  • Choose good passwords and use them

  • Do not share password/safeguard/change often

  • Install software updates and patches

  • Use reliable anti-virus program

  • Do not open e-mail attachments from unknown individuals

  • Do not respond to Spam e-mail

  • Use a VPN to connect to office network
